B&B indicates Bed and Breakfast.

Wireless High Speed Internet Access:
US$15 per day on rentals of Villas less than 7 days;
US$10 per day on rentals no less than 7 days.

Unless otherwise noted or arranged, check in time is 2pm and checkout 11am at all properties.

VILLA RENTAL TERMS

1. Accommodates up to __ persons.
2. Payment terms:
   50 percent is payable on acceptance of the booking with the balance payable one month prior to arrival.
3. Damage deposit:
   A damage deposit of 1 night’s rental is necessary on payment of your first 50%. This deposit will be refunded on departure less damages. If departure is late at night or early in the morning, this deposit will be held until the villa is checked. In this case the monies will be transferred to an account of your choice.
4. Arrival and Departure:
   Guests are greeted at the airport upon arrival and escorted on departure.
5. Meals:
   are prepared prior to arrival on request.
   This is for the clients account on arrival.
6. Shopping for groceries:
   Items can be placed into the villa prior to arrival.
   This is for the clients account on arrival.
7. Maid service:
   Is provided six days per week as part of the basic price. Any additional service needed, this will be to the clients account. Every day when guest are in the Villa.
8. Cancellation policy:
   More than 63 days before arrival - loss of 10% of rental cost
   30-62 days before arrival - loss of 50% of rental cost.
   15-29 days before arrival - loss of 80% of rental cost.
   Less than 14 days before arrival - loss of 100% of rental cost.
