Runnemede, Tobago is the starting point of Main Ridge, Tobago, which is
the highest point on the island, and the oldest Rain Forest in the Western
Hemisphere.
Runnemede, Tobago is one of the very few places on earth where “Time
Has Stood Still”. There has been little development since 1215 and the
area is known for its antique architecture. It is as if in some uncanny
way its modern history is inextricably linked to the past hence the reason
for naming the Resort Magna Carta. Needless to say, the view at the Magna

pleasure and fresh air at its purest since there are no factories on the
